Our Grief Cafe Love and Loss is now held on a monthly basis on the 2nd Thursday of each month and has a new home in Gateshead.
This month again we’ll be hosted by TADA at Bensham Grove Community centre, as always with tea and cake. Please come to the MAIN HOUSE.
It’s free to attend. Join us for a chance to chat about your loved ones, explore the emotions of grief and learn what we do to cope with those overwhelming feelings. Love and Loss is a safe friendly environment, led by Julie, a Grief & Loss educator, to learn, share and begin your journey of recovery.
